Low Noise Yarn Pressure Dryer With Intelligent Control System Durable Construction

Introduction

AS-HP is a high-efficiency industrial-grade pressure dryer designed for rapid moisture removal in materials processing. The yarn is placed in a sealed cylinder, and compressed air is injected to a specific pressure. First, most of the moisture in the wet yarn ball is squeezed out. Then, the heated high-temperature and high-pressure air driven by a fan penetrates the yarn, causing the moisture to evaporate and circulate with the compressed air within the closed machine. The moisture is condensed and drained through a cooler until the yarn is completely dried.
