AS-686 series high temperature high pressure reel-less woven fabric jet dyeing machine operates under low tension. This is made possible by the stable, high-speed flow of both fabric and dye, which minimizes friction and wrinkles—making it well-suited for dyeing delicate materials.

Features

1.Reelless

Feed fabric by using jet flow without winch reel to lessen friction.

2.Flow rate control

Auto valve program run can prevent unstable travel and being tangled caused by manual (wrong) valve operation.

3.Jet nozzle

A combination of jet nozzle and guide prevents fabric from being twisted.

4.Dyeing Vessel

Run at low tension with stable arrangement and travel to lessen being entangled and wrinkle to improve reappearance and productivity and to save costs.

5.Durability

Heat exchange with U-shaped tube assures of good durability

6.Operation door

Run easily owing to low operation door(1400mm).
